Since 2019, the PORTIVA Group has also included a qualified investor fund PORTIVA FONDY SICAV a.s., along with its sub-fund WATT & YIELD, which is focused on renewable energy investments. The sub-fund, which now includes several wind and solar parks, brought investors a net return of 7.9% in 2020. Whereby significantly exceeding its yield target of 6% p.a.
